The goal of the campaign we created for Supranet Communications was to lift the veil on deceitful messaging going on in the marketplace at the time, when competitors were making promises about server reliability that weren't technically feasible. With the snake oil salesman poke, Supranet presented an honest alternative—earning customers' trust and easing expectations that resulted in a much higher level of customer satisfaction—a cornerstone of their success.
